Touring - 70oz bladder in frame bag, attaching hose?

So I have a Jandd frame bag that is not getting as much use as I hoped so I stuck a Hydropak 100oz bladder in there with 70oz and it all fits. But what have others done to attach it to your bars? I am doing a 70 mile ride tomorrow and would like to try this but am hesitant to zip ties if I want to move it.

Thanks for any incite.
