Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - hub sizing

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
i found a really good deal on some phil hubs. rear hub spacing is 120mm and i ride a keirin frame. will they work? i've heard keirin frames take 110mm...
ideally i want fixed/fixed but these are fixed/free but oh well, really good deal...
Not all Keirin frames are 110. I have a Nagasawa in 120. Try measuring yours.

Don't love them, use them!
so i bought my formulas/open pros from bicycle wheel warehouse about a year ago for my pake then swapped em out to my panasonic.
i checked their site and looks like the same machine-built set i bought comes with 120mm spacing. so, there's that.
now, kinda wondering if i should just wait it out to get fixed/fixed. i won't be riding single speed.
other than not being able to switch my gear ratio easily, any other disadvantages? i know i could strip the threads and be screwed and i would never put a fixed cog on a freewheel.. but how often do hubs of this caliber even strip? i've been beating the $hit out of these formulas all year and no stripping... the hubs are going for a good price.. but i don't want to end up spending more in the long run because i was so eager to hop on a good deal.
