i plan to bring 2 drinks,
i have a 710ml powerade
for my second drink, should i go for dextrose gatorade or just plain water
Either one. Is there a particular reason why you feel you need energy drinks? It is a light ride after all.

+1. Really, all you probably need is water. How long are you going out?
hour or two, might have problems staying with the pack

You could probably get away with straight up water. Probably one gatorade if you drink towards the beginning of the ride (about 20 min in) and you need the extra carbs.

agree with koffe, it is really a short ride, water will do just fine, anyways bringing gatorade will do fine too, why not?
