Ok, I don't know whether or not to do this: should I just stick with my Sun BFR's and get a pair of DK HIGH FLANGE HUBS and buy the appropriate spokes and nipples and rebuild the rims or should I go ahead and buy these ARAYA RB-17 RACING BMX / RECUMBENT RIMS : http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=22677&item=7112936736&rd=1 ? My rims are basically in good condition and I don't really see why I should get these, but maybe there's a good reason floating around. The use is for BMX Racing

get rhyno lites. there good all around and light. build those up with new hubs and you'll have two wheel sets. on for backup.

do u race bmx? if you dont you wouldn't get a full out racing rim(ARAYA RB-17 RACING BMX). If u do race, you wouldn't go with a high flange hub anyway. Go Rhynolites, they're good for anything

That's a good price on those rims - but they will not hold up to any street use whatsoever. If you jump at all, then stick with what you have or go with a high quality, sturdy, chrome plated rim. The Araya is high quality, just not sturdy enough.

why wouldn't you use high flange hubs for racing?
