Yes, and that style is almost universally the choice. I dont know about that specific brand.

Yes, but those that you linked to are really expensive (probably because of being made of Titanium). Basic aluminum ones are around $10 and probably weigh the same.

Be careful with the ones with threads inside the nut ends, they can be stripped out (I've done it being heavy-handed). Find a steel end from a low-end skewer and it will be less prone to being stripped.
