It seems the bear was both hot and thirsty. "The bear went through the metal screen like it was butter" said the owner of the property.
Officials recommended *NOT* to fix the hole too soon because the bear might still be in the area and could break it again if it gets too hot and he wants another splash...lol

I want the story of Ruben wrestling it to the ground and making it leave... or just threatening it with Hyundai parts.

Aww, it looks so cute and happy. Put a remote control fish in there and watch the bear go crazy!

I thought this was gonna be a picture of a skunk in the mud puddle in Ruben's back yard. I'm disappointed.

I would hate to have a bear do that. My dogs would not like it and a bear is one of the few thigns they could not handle.
On the good side they don't like the water so they might leave him alone as long as he was in the pool.
But there have not been any bears in Los Angeles for a while. (Unlike coyotes, skunks, racoons and even deer).
How the hell can a black bear survive in that hot inferno?
Rube, you sure thats not a ex wearing a fur coat?
well, at least it only eats berries.
Let's rub bacon on Rube and see if the bear is a vegatarian.

Maybe we can get Allen to come over and run the bear over with his van.

Guy seems to make a habit of that.

Yeah they do. You just don't see them because you're looking in the sky. *snort!* :p

I thought I read FL was taking the Black Bear off the protected species list, so I guess you can blast away. Kind of depressing though...
