What's a jon boat? I like paddling, I think if I were to get a boat of some kind, I would want to power it myself. Hmmm...canoe???

Kayaks are sexy, but canoes are so much more practical and comfortable on a long haul.

Yes it would. I'm kidding, of course. But some guys that I go canoeing and backpacking with are planning a trip in Utah and have invited me. I don't want to research it too much so as I can't go and I don't want to harbor any fantasy of going.
