Does anyone use the tri-specific seats? I'm talking about the seats with the big fat nose. What advantage do these seats offer? Pros, Cons?

they are more comfortable in the aero position. My Aspide saddle is rubbing holes in some of my shorts. Not very happy about that. I may be looking for one with a smooth nose.

I'm riding on an Azoto. My bike came with a Flite.
One difference is in the Aero position, the Azoto provides nice cushion for those parts that you are pressing up against the nose of the saddle, where the Flite simply makes them hurt until they go numb.
The other difference is when I get on the bike with less then optimal padded shorts (as in just about any tri type short you can swim in), I can ride without pain. On the Flite if I tried that I'd not be happy at all.

the only thing i've changed on my dual is the saddle. I got an azoto.

I don't know if it really worth it... Is Fizik Aliante worth almost $200? Well, all I can say is that it is extremely comfortable and well, maybe even worth the price... A regular road saddle may work just fine for some but for everyone... I tried the Azoto but didn't like it.. So I guess the answer to your question is somewhat of a consultants... Maybe.. :)

I use a Fizik Arione on my road and tri bikes. AWESOME!!! on both.

Would probably look at the Arione Tri, if I was looking today. Although, I must say, the Aliante is the most comfortable I've ever used! The extra room on the Arione sounds as if it could be useful.
