That lady can't keep her story straight. Almost makes me wish I lived in Austin so I could support them. I had the tools that go to the movies. The last one we were at was an R-rated movie (don't know what it was as it was before we had our own daughter - now four months old) and there was a 6 month old in a stroller there. The kids was quiet, but still. There were also texters and people just gabbing the whole time. Drive me nuts.

Just one of the many reasons why I avoid theaters now. The last time I did go was to the 25th Anniversary of 'Top Gun' a couple weeks back. Even the coming attractions had a bit about switching phones to silent or off...

I am going to sound like a broken record, but this is why America is defunct. Good for them for showing some spine and kicking her out.

I don't bother with movie in theaters/theatres anymore. I have better things to do with $10+, and being half deaf, the volume gets to me. So I wait for stuff to hit the Redbox and watch it closed-captioned in the comfort of my own home.

Sure is. She has three kids by two different dads, she and her boyfriend doesn't work and they are getting food stamps, WIC and welfare. Her oldest daughter had a mouth on her by the age of four.

YES! I hate texting in almost any circumstance. My new rules regarding texting are as follows: would I engage in conversation with another person at this time? If so, then text away. If not, no text. That means even if I'm visiting with a person just to be social, I respect the exclusivity and don't text other people during between conversation either.
