Hi my name is Chris,
I just picked up a Schwinn Le Tour II mixte from a flea market for riding around campus because i have to park pretty far from my class. I got it for a pretty good deal i believe as everything is in working condition and the paint isnt too bad. Ive already put in an order for some new tires scheduled to arrive in a few days, which hopefully will fit. It was pretty dusty and dirty when i got it so i cleaned up the chain and relubed it. Cleaned the frame and polished out some of the "freckles" on the rims and various shiny parts. There are a few more things that i have done and need to do before i can bring it to school but heres a pic.

got my new tires on and a trip computer. hopefully i got the correct tires. aired them up and sat on it but haven't gone for a ride yet. will test it out tomorrow. wasnt really aiming for performance with the tires jsut something that looked cool for now and was better/safer than old cracking tires
