BMX is a lot of fun, I'm 33 (34 in a month!) and have been doing it for 18+ years. You are in better shape than I am in (gotta cut back on the Pepsis) so I would think you would have no problem going at it.

The hard part is the same as every hard part of growing old: Your flexibility may not be what it was, you will take longer to get up to speed, you may wear out a little faster. But, there is nothing specific that will stop you from riding and having fun.

Probably the weirdest thing for me is making friends with 15-18 year old kids whose parents wonder about who the hell I am. I'm just a rider, and almost every parent I have met has realized that really quickly. I think it gets them thinking positive thoughts when older people are involved and set good examples.
