Have a 26x2.3 Continental Gravity, only had it on for one day and I am not impressed with it so far. I miss my now deceased 2.2 HotS.

1st Level
It pinchflats really easy. Off a curb with 45 psi in it and it pinch flatted.

Second Level Lack of Grip.
Despite the aggressive looking tread pattern, it won't accelerate well on the pavement or on the dirt. Under alot of pedalling power there were moments where the tire just spun, the rear started to washout on a turn that I used to stick with the Hot S I had on it.

3rd level
This tire is not 2.3 inches wide, it's more like 2.1 the 2.0 XLS which I don't have anymore was wider than this tire.

wow... so are you going to replace the tire soon since it sucks so bad? Did you get it online or at your LBS? I would think a local bike shop might let you return it if it's that bad.

The XLS is nice too, Michelin has some sweet tires, our freeride club is sponsored by them, and we get to see all the new tires b4 the public. I have like 4 XLS that are newa nd waiting to be used JUST because I love them soo much. Michelin has got a DH tire comin out that is a 2.8! WHAT KIND OF FRAME WOULD HOLD THAT!! WOuld look pretty sweet tho.

That 2.8 has been out for awhile, it's the Comp32.
