Hello, just wanted to introduce myself and say that I am happy to have found this forum! I've been a life-long recreational bike rider--I got my first tricycle at age 2, and have always owned a bike of some sort since! For many years, I was also a runner, but had to give that up not too long ago as injuries were becoming more and more frequent. Since then, I decided to focus more on bike riding, and I've been having a blast! :)

Now I am riding several times a week, alternating between my two bikes. My current bikes are a Schwinn Sierra 7 speed, and an Electra 1 speed cruiser.

I've also become interested in the mechanics of bicycles, so I checked a few bicycle repair books out from the library, and I bought myself an old Schwinn Breeze to tinker with. I hope to be able to ride the Breeze someday soon, as it was unrideable when I first got it. So, wish me luck with the Breeze, and once again, it's great to be here!
