I found a bike that is perfect for my needs in almost every way. Oddly, it has double eyelets front and back, but does not have upper rack mounts either front or rear. It also needs a couple of water bottle bosses added. The bike is Ishiwata tubing, newly repainted and looks great. What would a ballpark price be for getting upper and mid fork mounts added rear and front as well as bosses for two water bottles? I am trying to figure out if it is worth buying the bike and having this work done.
