I believe those are Nervex lugs, but not the Professionals. The nozzle cut is from the Professional though.

Someday, I'm going to ask Stan if he'll let me host the 1958 Nervex catalog - it'll save me from having to hunt for it whenever I need to ID a Nervex lug...

John E should chime in on this one, he's the Capo expert and fan. Very interesting bike!
What's up with the front wheel spokes?
Very modern looking fork crown, yet I'd bet it's original, just way ahead of the fashion curve.

My cousin is going to send me a bike with the name Sieger on the frame. Is this a Capo?

My guess is that your bike is a Sieger, not a Capo Sieger. It's probably Swiss, Austrian or German.

It's sitting in a basement in Switzerland. My google searches for Sieger usually turn up Capo Sieger's. I am told the bike is very light but, at looking at the pics the only thing that really stands out is the fact it's a Reynolds 531 frame. The downtube shifters look like they say Shimano. The pivot breaks probably dates this bike into the 80s. Thanks Grand Bois. If you have any info on Sieger cycles pass it along.
