I've had a couple years off since my twins were born and a lot of complications during and after the pregnancy, open heart surgery on one of them, etc......... Now everything is fine and i can finally feel good about getting out and riding so I ordered a new bike from a friend who owns a shop.

I got a Argon 18 Kyrpton, new with SRAM Force on it all around, I got some Easton heavy duty wheels(my main concern) and will pick it up thursday.

Obviously I can't wait to go out and ride, even though its the worst part of the year here in the Phoenix area, but it will be early morning rides and get this spare tire down.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone again after my hiatus and hope to meet some of you that are in the PHX(east side) area.

Glad everything's fine. Have fun on the new ride and make sure you get in shape for when you hook up a trailer to pull the kids around. Remember to post pics!

Nice looking bike! I never really used to like white bikes (till I bought my wife one) but that thing looks damn sharp. I got some EA90SLs last year for my bike as part of a build kit and despite a lower spoke count than I'd like, they've been nothing less than solid. Love 'em.

So how are the twins supposed to keep up? Will they be each getting there own bike or will you be attaching a trailer :D?

The trailer will be attached to the mountain bike, but probably not til it cools off here in AZ.

That's one sweet looking bicycle. Never heard of them before. Looks like they are Canadian. Enjoy ... and watch your heart, but you know that already.

its a 2011 ARgon 18 Krypton, I bought it from Steve over at Fetish Cycles(Airpark bicycles) in North Scottsdale, hes a good friend of mine. I had him put on all SRAM Force components and asked for a slightly stronger wheelset for my weight. He has some pretty nice stuff in his showroom and will build to your specifications and budget.

How are those Argon bikes durability wise? how do they stack up against say a CAAD or a Trek? Shame it's hard to find a CAAD 9 for the big folks now...this might be a great alternative...anyone have any opinions on these bikes?

Nice bike man
