has anyone been around the snowshoe,wv area mtn biking?...what are the best trails in the area?...gonna be there for a couple of days next week and wanted to get the most out of the trip

There are lift served downhill trails at the Resort itself.
Elk River Touring Center in Slatyfork (about 10 miles from the resort) is a good resource for info on trails other than the resort.

And I know this is the MTB forum, but if you also ride road bikes, the Highland Scenic Highway is fantastic. You can make a century loop from Snowshow including the Highland Scenic Highway. Google Cheat Mountain Challenge and you'll find it.
