Here's a new study further touting the benefits of chocolate milk:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2007228/Chocolate-milk-ideal-drink-recover-exercise-claim-scientists.html

I was confused by this part though:

Dr Ivy added that a three-minute recovery window after exercise, for people of all fitness levels, was as important as the nutrition supplement.
What does that mean? You have three minutes in which to drink chocolate milk after finishing your ride? Or you must rest for three minutes? Or...?

I tried to read the article, but couldn't get any further once I saw the example of how to drink chocolate milk.
Don't worry about the three minute window, it is supposed to be more like 30 minutes to an hour and much of the time it seems like this new info is reversed in a short time. Back to the example for me now.

I'm thinking 3-minute cool-down period. But yeah, the sentence is horrible as written.

Original article was mis-quoted. Should say 30-minute. http://www.utexas.edu/news/2011/06/22/milk_studies/
