Hello Everyone,
I recently got scammed by Vpower.Hk, an ebike part and battery manufacturer/supplier.
They sold me a ebike kit and battery last year and I sent it back for warranty work 1 month ago.
They sent me back my battery alright, but it was not repaired. I think they actually made the battery worse!
I got ripped off about $500 dollars for the battery.
WARNING: They do NOT honor their warranty.
They advertise on EBAY under the usernames of "vpower.hk" and "vpower.hk3" and so on anything to do with vpower.
The one main seller has an email of sosomum@gmail.com
I have setup a website and will be posting all of the communication/emails I have had with them regarding the warranty repair work at my website http://vpower-ebike-review.info/
Please steer yourself and friends CLEAR of vpower! Do not let yourselves be deceived!
