Hey all,
I have not REALLY been on a bicycle since I was about 10 years old but I am looking to get back into. I'm looking for a good road bike now. I'm very active and came to a realization that my joints are not liking all of this high impact stuff I'm putting my body through...
Any shop/bike/route recommendations would be appreciated. I've seen some sweet looking bikes on Craigslist/REI but I don't know enough to drop ~$800 on one specifically.
I'm pretty mechanically inclined, work on my car and motorcycle myself often. Hope maintaining road bikes are simple enough to pick up!
