Im having big problems with the burn. Im on 700 miles for June (most ever) and they hurt even on recovery rides. My buddy gave me some acid zappers one night and I felt like they helped. Sportlegs is just cheaper.
Thoughts?
I think if they really did anything, the UCI would have banned them by now.

disagree with all of you guys this time. Sportlegs is the real deal. Took 4 this morn, felt great, 44 miles, 5k of climbing in 90 heat. Didnt get rid of all the burn but it certain took care of alot and I am not sore at all tonight. Thumbs up, Im sold on it.

I too use sportslegs before interval training sessions, and this along with a good recovery shake afterwards, has had considerable post workout soreness. I also have seen muscle burn reduce quicker right after a interval peak.
