Hey guys i received an offer online for an new uncut 2009 RS Reba Race for 400$ flat. Is it worth it to get it or i can get something way better than that?

That's a pretty good deal if it's new in the box with a shock pump. You could always keep looking, as the 2011 stuff will be discounted when the 2012 models are introduced.
