Hello to all did'nt see anyone from S.A.
I've been cycling since 1987 and raced elite and spent two years in Europe racing.
Now I'm racing Vet's 30-39 age group which is very competative and we sometimes clock faster times than the Elites which is hard now having to work and all the comitments of family life.
Hey but we dont complain, we just train harder and harder....... and the injuries get more and more.
