According to the Hockey Puerto Rico website, they got banned from playing in the only ice rink on the island. But now hockeypuertorico.org isn't even loading.

I like history so while in Jamaica this spring I tried to track down the American coach and buy the dude a beer.The locals I spoke to seem to feel he was dead.Will continue my quest next visit.

Found their pratice hill near the bauxite mine on the east side of the island.
Tried to plant the seed of ice hockey and they seemed interested.They do like road bike racing and have regular events.
