For 26" wheels, with lockout(manual or remote), and v-brake compatible. Do they exist? My wimpy suntour is taking a beating and I don't know how much longer it will last.

*EDIT* I have seen a few out there on ebay, but I am not current on what forks what aren't. Fox I know is typically good, but they are beyond what I'd like to spend.

The v-brake compatibility is what will make your search very difficult. Since you want it for 26" wheels, you at least have some hope of finding a decent fork that will take v-brakes. I don't know if any of the new models will work, but I'm pretty sure some of the old Rock Shox Reba's would take v-brakes. Just make sure you can see the brake mounts in an actual picture of the fork. Some of the ebay sellers are sketchy and post generic photos that may or may not represent what you're getting.

take a look at either blueskycycling.com or jensonusa.com....they both have great selections that are v-brake compatible
