I recently bought a Giant XTC, it has a Marzocchi 44 TST2 fork on it. I tried looking it up on the site but i didnt really understand the chart. Could any one help me out with my little problem.

By the way, 26" or 29"? I have a couple buddies who have the 29" version and are very happy with them.

According to the chart on page 12, it looks like you'll need 51 psi at your weight. Maybe someone else can confirm. Hope this helps.
Honestly I wouldn't sweat it too much. The nice thing about an air/oil fork is that you can adjust it however you want. The manual just gives a good baseline to start at.

The owner and the bike mechanic at my LBS said that it should be around 5-10 psi in the fork. As of now it has 15 psi in the fork and it feels squishy. Could anyone confirm the 51 psi?

I have an older air Zocchi and run at 44-ish, same for my other bike with a Rockshox.
it's reasonably firm for me, but enough squish to keep me from endo-ing from frequent rider errors

15 lbs seems way low for a 120-130 travel fork, 51 might seem too firm...
