I recently bought a Giant XTC, it has a Marzocchi 44 TST2 fork on it. I tried looking it up on the site but i didnt really understand the chart. Could any one help me out with my little problem.

I looked in there but im a noob and i didnt really see what the psi was. the guy at the lbs said it was 5 to 10 psi. i weight 165 and its a 29er.

they put 15 into the fork and said i could let some out but at 15 it feels squishy.

Here's how I interpret the air pressures for the 2011 44 29" TST2 from the above link.

Riders weight = 55 - 65 kg (121 - 143 lb) Preload air pressure = 3,00 bar (43.50 psi)

Riders weight = 65 - 85 kg (143 - 187 lb) Preload air pressure = 3,50 bar (50.75 psi)

Riders weight = 85 - 105 kg (187 - 231 lb) Preload air pressure = 4,00 bar (58.00 psi)

* The preload air pressures listed are a starting point, they don't need to be exact, you can lower it or raise it to suit conditions, riding style, ect.

If this isn't your fork look at how these numbers are listed in the table for the above fork and you'll be able to see how the tables work.
