I'm getting the bike for $150 I mostly want it for the frame. I wanted to know What I should be looking for for upgrade's. I know Fork , Wheels, and Components are what I will have to upgrade. Its about 2004 SO it does have Vbrake's. How easy Will it be to upgrade these stock Parts?

I wanted to know what are good upgrade parts I should be looking into?
I hear Sram X7 and above is the way to go for MT Bikes??

If you plan on using it for the trail.....dump the seat and kick-stand and panier/rack system immediately. Then upgrade tires and seat first. Then upgrade wheel set and disc brakes. Then upgrade fork. Then upgrade drivetrain.
