Hey this guy messaged me that he wanted to sell me his 2009 fox f29 for 380$ but he said the spring side weeps a little of oil. Is that normal? He was also offering me a 2007 Reba for 360$. Heres a link of the pic's he sent to me. Do you think the price is too high for a used? Thanks.

Weeping oil is not normal. The pricing seem high too, for used parts.
I just took a quick look at eBay. Here are two options to give you some feel for pricing:
1) Reba RL, 120mm, new take-off, $399: http://cgi.ebay.com/New-2011-Rock-Shox-Reba-RL-120mm-29er-Fork-20mm-OEM-/130540952468?pt=Cycling_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e64d8db94#ht_500wt_908
2) Fox RLC in "like new" condition, $397: http://cgi.ebay.com/Fox-Racing-F29RLC-29-mountain-bike-fork-/220807985375?pt=Cycling_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33692e78df#ht_500wt_908
I'm not recommending either of the above options. I'm just throwing them out there to show what's possible from eBay as far as pricing goes.

So i should not get that and wait for an better deal? Thanks.

The price is pretty high on the Reba - I've seen those(previous model Reba 29's) sell for $200-250. The Fox is more appropriately priced, but still slightly high for a fork that apparently needs some work. Pass on them.
