Bicycle Mechanics - Mysterious clicking sound near Crank/Bottom Bracket/Rear Wheel area

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have a Scott Speedster S5 2009 series and I have started to use it more regularly. Whenever I am pedaling down from the top most stroke be it on the left or right feet, a soft but sharp pitch clicking sound appeared. It sounds like it is coming from the Crank/Bottom Bracket/Rear Wheel area. I have tried to but it on a bike stand and use my hand to pedal really hard but that sound doesn't surface. This means that it only appears when I am sitting on the bike. Mysteriously, the sound only comes when I travel above 15km/h. I have sent to a bike shop but they couldn't really find the problem. I have maintained the bike after every ride and took good care of it. Anyone have encountered such issues before? Please advise as I am really worried. Thanks

Read the stickies, there are lots and lots of possible reason, from crank to saddle, you need to eliminate each one.
