Well now that's a dead give away isn't it. I knew from those rear dropouts it was probably a Socal bike. Is the internal cable routing a later add on?

One that size went on ebay about three months ago for $380. Custom, original paint, all Campy Super Record; I wish I had bid on it.

The Singer's not a demountable, but does have some cool features not seen on most of 'em. It's a '75 build, as far as I can tell. Here's a pic of it as I got it, not yet shined up. I found this one hanging in a hole-in-the-wall bike shop... The owner didn't know what brand of bike it was:
