Most guides on the internet are about forks which work using air pressure however i have a coil suspension fork - Rockshox Tora (some old model) and i don't have it's manual. You can see the fork in attachments.

In all fork maintainance videos i see that there is a foam ring under the wiper seals however there isn't one in mine. Then how i should lubricate the stanchions? Just put some lube underneath the wiper seal where the foam rings were supposed to be? And what kind of lube i should use?
Is there anything else i should do for my fork maintenance other than that?

Also why is that my lockout isn't a lockout anymore - it still gives a stiff ride however the suspension works a bit? Maybe it has something to do with riding on rough roads with lockout enabled?

Sorry for asking so many questions :o

well i just found that this fork isn't actually rockshox tora. It is 2009 suntour XCM V2 HLO 26' (http://www.srsuntour-cycling.com/dstore/products/Forks/2196/XCM+V2/SF9-XCM+V2+HLO+26%27.html). I checked out the manual and it doesn't tell anything about fork maintenance.
