I am feeling too lazy to pick up my stats. Anyway, I started in December at 158 and am now 127. I will be away from a scale for a while unless I sneak in somewhere. My goal for this week is to stay at 127 because I was down past goal last week, dropping a pound and a half instead of 3/4 of a pound.
I tried on a bunch of clothes today at a store, trying to figure out roughly what size I am from the original "double ox" I was in December. I was not happy to see myself in the fitting room mirror. Too much loose and flabby skin. I need some muscle. :( My goal is to work on that.

OK, so I'm doing a fairly good job at holding steady.
July is a crazy month for me. It's the beginning of the new medical year -- the new interns started at the hospital July 1st -- and work is piling up. I doubt that I'll be able to to make another push to lose weight until August.
That said, here are some month-by-month activities I'll be looking forward to. Each month's goal should help me reach the next:
August -- bicycle tour along the Route Verte in Quebec
September -- "City to Shore" fundraiser for the MS Society (Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore and back)
October -- 5K obstacle course, with zombies (runforyourlives.com)
November -- half marathon.

Ate mostly healthy(lots of deserts) and stayed active on the cruise we were on. Rock climbing, swimming, even ran a 5K on the boat and managed to drop a pound. Getting back to reality kind of bites though as this was the first big vacation we took in over 5 years. If only I could hit the lottery and go on permanent vacation!!! Livestrong Philly next month, 5K on Saturday, Century Ride on Sunday so I will keep going. Maybe I can drop another 5 by then :D
