Assume you are using a professional grade mill (mazak).

Can you comment on the accuracy of a the diameter of a circular interpolation with an endmill with your mill? Are you able to make perfect circles? Additionally, can you comment on the finish you leave behind?

Are you able to make it anywhere as good as a boring head?

Not a machinist, but in past experience unless we were making a piston bore a circular interp was fine. At that point you probably want to hone it anyways. Surface finish was the same as any other milling operation. For the really nice holes we used a jig grinder
