I'm trying to find a bike for my brother but have no idea if this dude is asking for way too much for this '78 Schwinn Le Tour III. I'm supposed to see it in person tomorrow and don't know how much I should try to haggle for the price! I know absolutely nothing about vintage road bikes so if I could get any help, it would be great!
