I noticed that my post count isn't accumulating... Is that a normal thing? It's not a big deal, I was just curious.

Certain forum categories don't up your post count. I think Foo is one of them.

It's also been in the Mountain Biking section as well, but I wasn't aware that certain ones didn't add to the count. I just thought it was kind of odd.

Oh they add, I've just been eating them up. ;)

<~~~~ Should say 1,674,988.75 posts, but since they are almost all in FOO, it's completely inaccurate. :(

Way back in the day, you could see total post count by going to your user profile and searching for all posts. It used to give you a total post count. Mine was scary to look at, as it was 6 times higher than the post count showed by my name. Not sure where it would be now, but I bet it is close to 10 times higher.

I'd just like to see my posts get off of the "brand new" level. Maybe I should try posts with real content, in the actual biking parts of the forum.
But what fun is that?
I'm not a wealth of cycling information. I know enough to figure out how to fix my own stuff when it breaks, and I don't ride nearly as much as I want to. I'm really here for the entertainment value, and to learn what I can from people, while every once in awhile being able to add something to the conversation.

Remember, Foo posts count as 0, and SS/FG posts count as -3.

I've got to stay out of there. I'll be negative in no time, at that rate.
At least at zero per post I'm not losing ground.

My advice young padwan is that there is much to be learned from the one known as PatentCad. He is wise in the ways of padding the post count.

That's the spirit!
Also, any replies to pcad posts count as +7.

Your un-counted posts were stolen by Banditos and taken across the border.
Stay more vigilent with your property next time.

Your Garmin maps aren't up to date. I suggest contacting the Служба Внешней Разведки Sluzhba Vneshney Razvedki (aka SVR (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Service_%28Russia%29)). And wear your Texican-grade vest--and an armadillo on your head, just in case.

I shall assemble my men, and we shall hang the scoundrels responsible for rustlin' my posts!

The "Loon of Mt.Doom" is "out there" but nothing to do with demographics.

Not anymore :) Shoot I have about 50,000 in another forum that I've been a member of before 2005 and that date and number is off as they changed software a few times around there so some of the information did not transfer through.

They count but only in a third world sleestack village.....Now post away! The natives are hungry, and possibly rabid!

That's what they tell me, when they visit my dreams. I haven't heard from the Pakuni in awhile, I'll have to send them a note.

Even though the number doesn't increase, doesn't mean that the posts don't count. I have every intent on posting as much as I can!
