I went today for a ride and during my ride I hear a little noice ,I didn t care, when I got home back I lifted the seatpost to put the bike in my house and wow!! I saw what was going on the "tab" that go into the QR had broken off like Mr Foldable Two. I was happy that nothing happened while I was riding.
I am well under the bike's weight limit, and I did not fold the bike very often only for flying,so this must be a material problem.
I already contacted BF we will see what they will tell me

Break looks identical to mine, but only one tab broke. Your bike appears to be at least as old as mine (closing in on 4 yrs now). Would guess you'd be getting a new rear triangle from BF.
Getting the old rear triangle off was not an easy task. They have changed that pivot point design since 2007, too. Looks like you aren't in the U.S., so could be some bike shipping involved.

gd, how much/what type of riding had that bike seen? Nasty break.. Looks like you've got a Rohloff on there from the dual cable mounts visible?

I have a Pocket Llama, I note that version j bends the tubes , then welds them to a single round tube,
which has the fork tip like pieces added to the side of that tube, on the opposite end ..
also have a Brompton, I imagine that round tube being an elastomer sandwich ,
but that is adding a bit of extra complication..

BF certainly does..http://www.bikefriday.com/bicycles/mountain
Looking at F2's picture, below, the rear assembly
of the PLlama is entirely different than the NWT

Have been packing up to move the past few days. Got out the door at 4:15PM today.
Problem in removing the rear triangle was with punching the bearing sleeve out of its pivot point. One tab at pivot point started to bend a bit due to sleeve binding up as I was punching it out. I ended up hack sawing the sleeve (in the gap between the mounting tab and the rear triangle pivot tube, which freed the rear triangle. The two pieces of the sleeve came out easily after that.
I understand Bike Friday now has a new design without a sleeve.

Happy to hear your NWT is back on the road. I had a bit more adventure with mine (described below), but It's also back in top shape with some new Schwalbe Kojacks, too.
I dropped the bike off in Eugene on a trip back up to our WA State home with instructions to call me when it was done and we'd come down and pick it up. When I inquired when it would be done, they said it had already been shipped back to me, but to our CA address. Bike Friday contacted the carrier and had it re-routed to WA state. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, the right crank arm, chain ring and protector ring all got bent. They quickly sent me needed replacement parts so I could repair the damage to the bike. Had it back together in short order.
Mine will likely never be sold - it will someday be handed down to our now 14 yr old grandson, an avid cyclist. He should soon be about my size, and he's currently having a ball riding the 2005 Dahon S1 that I gave him last year.
FYI: We have had zero indication of tab problems with either wife's Crusoe or our Pocket 8's.

@ld - nice pics, no interest from you in getting the modular dropouts in the new replacement? Those seem like a good addition to their lineup, although no way to avoid a tensioner on this model for the Rohloff.
Did you get an explanation from BF on what happened, and why it won't happen again?
ps - noticed the tubus (cargo classic?) fits just barely, has been good for your bike? Fine racks.
