Training & Nutrition - I'm riding in my first race in 6 days; questions about prep

I'm not sure how much I should be riding in preparation. The event, the El Tour De Tucson is 110 miles. There are a couple light hills, but overall it's pretty flat. Here's the map.

I don't want to exaust myself prior to the race, but I also want to train at a rate that will keep me in the best condition. I'm also getting sick, which of course is a factor in how much I'll be able to ride prior to the event.

It looks like more of a tour then it does a race, although there is no 110 mile event listed either.
Just try to get in some riding in someplace. Seriously, 6 days before a race/ride/tour of this caliber, you should be tapering, not training for it. It's too late to do much now but just get used to riding longer miles.
The night before, just get plenty of sleep and rest, and eat complex carbs so you have energy to ride the full 110 miles. Good luck.

Er yes, it's a tour. 109 miles actually. My goal was/is to do it under 5:30, which is an average speed of 19-20mph. : /
