one nature valley granola bar and one banana every morning, or oatmeal more often in the winter. I keep it all in the bottom drawer including bread and peanut butter for PBJs.

On occasion I will grab something from the deli in the lobby and eat it at my desk. I prefer to eat at home in the AM so I have more control over the breakfast. Most mornings it is egg whites on a flat bread with a slice of turkey on occasion and a slice of cheese on even rarer occasions.

I have a box of cereal at my work desk along with a bowl and spoon. I bring a little container of milk and some fresh fruit in my lunch bag.

If I get tired of the cereal I'll bring muffins or bagels from home.

I generally get up early, exercise and then eat breakfast at home before i take my shower. If running late, I will get fast food and eat in the car. Probably every 6 months or so, I will eat breakfast at work. Personally I don't like to smell things at eggs etc at work so don't want to bother my neighbors. If I eat something at work, its usually a muffin.

Me too... right now my favorite breakfast is a cup of baby spinach, sautered in a pat of butter, one egg white and a tbsp of (diet) cheese, cup of green tea and I am good to go! Hard to do that at work!

I taught at a jr. high and worked as a custodian for the last five years I worked.
For the first several years one of the ladies would tell everyone what to bring and
she would fix our supper. Great eating.
How ever, they hired two "immigrants" who would take a bite of a slice of bread
and put it back in the bag, or use their fingers to spread butter, peanut butter,
salad dressing and lick their fingers in the process. They would take a bite of
the pizza and put the slice back in the box. They licked the knife, fork and spoons
and put them back in the holders.

All the eating was stopped, the frig was removed from our "office" and we all
had to eat out.

The two were caught sleeping and leaving the job while on the clock and were
fired, but we did not get our eating privileges back.

Sorry, this is just a little OT but I thought I would share.

Do you now have an office to eat in now?
Plastic chair in the lunchroom at Petco does not count.

Job market is tough for those graduating lately, hope things improve for the youth.

Pictures to see if this culinary torture is paying off.

I retired, my teaching position was eliminated due to funding cuts. I taught Aviation History
and Aviation Science in the careers department. The custodians were replaced by a contract
cleaning service. And all the summer work is done by bids.

I needed 27 more days to retire and when I talked about getting a lawyer to look into it,
they gave me full benefits and full retirement.

Now I sit on the deck and eat weather permitting.

I stop at the donut shop to get my croissant and bring it to work. Every now and then, I bring a box of donuts for everyone.

Most mornings I bring a bagel or oatmeal + coffee from home. Otherwise it's 2 bagels and coffee from Einstein bagels, or donuts/coffee from DD. Sometimes poptarts if I'm not feeling spendy.

I start the coffee at home and bring it to work. Nothing else til lunch unless someone brings donuts or something, and I pass more than partake.

1. Yes
2. No, because they want to encourage us to come in by 6:30 or 7:00, so they serve breakfast everyday...bagels and fruit, or bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, or donuts and pastry stuff, etc. I know it sounds crazy, but for maybe 5 bucks/day per person the "rain makers" get an early start....and our business does well

Usually.

I'll bring a Salty/Sweet Cashew bar and 12oz Dr Pepper most days. When I feel like splurging, I'll stop at Taco Borracho in the lobby on my way out from home & pick up two bean & cheese & chorizo breakfast tacos on flour tortillas and a 20oz Dr Pepper to go.

Nope. I work second shift so breakfast is a distant memory by work time.

Breakfast in a refrigerated warehouse filled with icy pallets and tow motors is not something that is possible. :(
