The fastest time was posted by Team Garmin-Cervelo - 24' 48". This has been verified on several web sites including:

Individual times are not posted on www.letour.fr/2011. However, using Overall times for Stage 1 and Stage 2, Stage 2 Individual times can be calculated.

My question: What Stage 2 time has been posted for the following two riders? Individual times for these two riders are faster than the fastest time of 24' 48".

HESJEDAL Ryder – Number 55, Team GRM - 24' 13"
FEILLU Romain – Number 201, Team VCD - 21' 42"

This error is propagating through all of the remaining stage results!

Both riders were given adjustments to their stage 1 times after the fact.

Ryder Hesjedal was listed as finishing 1:55 behind on stage 1 but was later given the same time as the group that was 1:20 behind. The 35 seconds equates to the difference between the time you have in your post and Garmin's team time.

Romain Feillu was listed as 4:27 behind on stage 1 but it looks like he was later given the time of the group only :06 behind which accounts for his difference.
