Front pads are way worn down...who do I talk to, what do I do?
I would buy sheet felt and cut it to fit. You can buy self-stick product or use carpet tape to fit it in your helmet. Or, buy wide strips of velcro, use the soft side if the "prickly" side is still adhered to your helmet. The options are practically endless with a little imagination.

Some one said you get 1 replacement pad per year, have not tried but going to soon as my pad is a little compacted now.

I just recently got replacement pads at no cost from Giro for my '02 Eclipse. I found a contact number on the company's website and when I called they just asked me what model I owned and my address. Within a week my new pads arrived in the mail.
