hi guys, I have very thin skin on my legs and continually click them against a sharp object, eg, my pedal. The skin then slits and his too tight to stitch. It takes weeks to heal. I am trying to design some wqrap around leg guards. I would welcome any suggestions

Howdy and welcome to the forums! I'm a hairy guy with great skin so it's hard to say for me. I would think some sort of Lycra second skin type stretchy but breathable fabric would work best. I dive and we have pretty thin suits we call "skins", various thicknesses available, they are very thin but offer some protection against abrasions, not really good for cycling but might give you and idea of materials. Maybe someone else will toss an idea out. Might consider posting in the General Cycling section of the forums too get a little more traffic.
