First time poster!!

Hello everyone!
Here is my "problem", I just upgraded my wife's saddle on her Diamondback Vital from a stock saddle to a Bontrager Nebula plus. After I put the saddle on I realized I had it tilted as forward as I could get it, and still had quite a bit of an upward angle. I want her to be able to enjoy a ride but I can't understand why that's all the tilt i can get out of it. Is this a saddle/post issue or something greater? Thank you for all of your help!!!!

Snap a photo of your set-up. You should be able to loosen the saddle enough to tilt it up or down at your pleasure...

I think your seat post is installed the wrong way, spin it around and see what happens. :)

HA HA!!! oh boy, I'm not sure if I bought it this way or just did it myself (even though the reflector is facing the opposite way also) but i think to save the shred of pride I have left I will be blaming the manufacture on this one!!! Thank you soo much!!! :)

From some of the bikes I've seen in shops, I wouldn't be surprised if it was like that.
