Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Is it considered a cultural trespass to take a mountain bike on a BMX park course? Assuming it's uncrowded, staying out of the BMXers way, working on technique ... not big air.

You might get some hate. But that happens anywhere and everywhere. I mean if I even ride some spots that I'm not really a local to, some people get a little territorial.

It is not considered trespassing or wrong. I've rode bmx at parks and private trails for over a decade and have many friends who ride their 29ers at the same places. Just be considerate, take turns and respect what ever your terrain riding. People (bmx, skate, etc) only get offended when you cut them off, get in their way or continually go without taking turns.
