So I took a spill yesterday on the CX bike. I was out riding with a couple friends and one went down from slick bridge planks, and I followed suit trying to avoid running over his head. It made for some awesome video!

Cool video - I cringed when the rider went down ;)

Where is that trail? The Seattle area?

It's probably just a few miles from your house, with the segment in the film. The second intersection (after the long straightaway) is 133rd Ave at the base of Trilogy Hill, right by 232nd in Redmond at Trilogy Golf Course up on the ridge.

Looked like a fun ride, other than taking a spill. When you got to the bridges I kept saying to myself, "Don't lean, don't lean, don't lean!!"

Looks like a fun day Clifton! ;) When I read plank bridge I was thinking splinters. Looks like that was avoided.

Yes it hurt, I'm not as young as I once was! I felt bad for hurting a dud I'd only just met IRL! Clifton was a good sport about it though!

slick bridges... don't lean, don't use front brake.
