I wonder if anyone knows when exactly (year)
Columbus launch TSX tubing at the market.
Any info will be helpful.

The Eddy Merckx TSX Century model was listed in 1990 as having the "new" TSX tubeset.

In literature from Merckx, they also listed their "10th Anniversary" model featuring the "new" TSX tubing from Columbus. This was for the 1990 model year as well.

Manufacturers were likely to have this Cyclex tubeset ahead of this timeline for production purposes.
As an aside, I ride with a fellow that has an older Serotta with a TSX decal. He asserts it was built in 1989.
