OK, so what am I missing?

New Kinlin XR 270 & 300 rims, Velox rim tape, stock Bontrager 18-23 tubes.

I appear to be getting a good seat w/my Krylion 23s. However, I can't seem to inflate these tires much more than 80-85 psi; whereas, on the Askiums that the Kinlins replace I had no problems getting up to 100-105 psi.

Have used 3 different gauges all with the same result.

What in the wide world of sports is going on?

What am I missing? Do you mean they blow off above 85 psi, or that you can't get more air into them?
