View Full Version : How 'bout a "Cool Links" Page?
Here's a good links page. I agree we do need one here.

If Joe did do a cool links, I would hope he would get compensation for directing people to other websites that could benefit from the increased traffic... you know what I mean?

http://www.damonrinard.com/index.htm came across this today..
Please check out the Wakeworld website. It is LOADED with advertising, but still includes popular links from non-advertisers. The most popular sites in the discussion boards end up on the links page, and in many cases, end up being advertisers.
The most revered and respected advertisers are those who participate in the forums in a neutral and unbiased manner. www.monstertower.com is an example of a home-grown basement operation that EXPLODED through participation in the forums. Buywake.com and Wakeside.com are huge supporters of the forums as well. Interestingly enough, I don't believe there are as many participants in those websites as there are here.
I was a wakeboarder prior to converting to cycling, and Wakeworld is (so far) the discussion board I use as a litmus test for all others. www.MalibuBoatOwners.com is #2 and BikeForums is #3.
Ok, I feel ya.
