I just ordered an IBIS SLR, I need some advice.

My budget is 7k, do I go with XTR and the standard wheels or XT with Easton carbon wheels?

Please advise

Id say go with the XT and standard wheels and send me the remaining 2K.

If your not racing I'd go with the XTR and standard wheels - if you are racing and think that the carbon wheels would make a difference - I'd probably have a second set of regular wheels around for regular riding.

The Ibis SLR is a purty bike. With a bike that expensive, go with handbuilt wheels.

(For that matter, go with handbuilt wheels for just about any bike!)
