My favorite new lighting accessory isn't a light at all but the Paul Gino mount. (http://paulcomp.com/ginolightmount.html) These looked cool but at $20 a pop it struck me as really expensive for what it is. After running out of real estate on my handlebars on my touring bike, I took the plunge and bought one. What a great use of an already existing mounting space I liked it so much, now I have 2 on my tourer and plan on getting two more for my big dummy!

Very cool. Unfortunately I don't have a dropout on my fork - it occurred to me that an aero bar mount would do the same job

Though less expensive, it's not nearly as nice or robust as the Paul Gino mount.

Hey why not mount it under the bottom bracket? At least another cm lower...

Unless you put one on each side, I'm not such a fan...I feel like they're low enough that cars might miss them (where I am at least I get used to seeing lights at handlebar height, but I miss seeing the lower lights sometime). More importantly to me, is that with just one I would think you would get a wheel shadow to one side.

Then it would conflict with the lights taped to my shoes
